"My husband and I began using David Linder’s handyman services roughly 2 years ago. He has completed a number of projects for us, ranging from banister replacements to kitchen updates to the installation of major appliances. David began working with us when we had a newborn; we had concerns about the safety of our home. He provided incredible ideas for the safety of our home, affixing Plexiglas discretely to all floor-ceiling windows, anchoring large pieces of furniture that could otherwise topple, and completely replacing a rickety banister with a handsome half-wall. As important, David conducted all of his work with the utmost respect for the needs of our infant, sequencing jobs such that the baby could sleep at naps, and minimizing/cleaning dust and other dangerous particles.
David has also completed a number of larger jobs for us, with more in queue (e.g. tile work, bathroom renovations, and deck reconstruction). The individuals he brought with him for large jobs were responsible and courteous – I cannot say the same for other contractors I have used, and this is a testament to David’s good judgment and trustworthiness. My husband and I are not the best planners, and David has always been courteous and made time to come out and quote projects even on short notice. We never feel pressured to complete a job with David or to hurry or work to his schedule. He is honest about the time and resources he will require to complete a job. Above all, David is skilled and his work product is top-notch. There are times that David, in the course of completing other jobs such as painting, has taken the initiative to re-align molding or fix problems with the ceiling.
For all of these reasons, we have come to trust David’s work completely; he has become the point person for the renovation of our entire home. We recommend David Linder with complete enthusiasm."
